FLIP festival 2010

I was lucky enough to have my film 'Paradise Pools' selected to be screened as part of FLIP animation festival which took place a couple of weeks ago. The festival took place between Birmingham and Wolverhampton, and showed loads of great work from the West Midlands, as well as elsewhere. It was really exciting to see my film on a big screen, so i'd just like to thank the festival for such a great opportunity!

I saw some amaaazing work over the course of the weekend, including a documentary animation about synesthaesia by Samantha Moore (who is also from the west midlands yeeeaah!) - An Eyeful of Sound. Peter Millards 'Custard', and an impressive piece of stop motion in Steve Warnes film 'Savage Mountain'.

My website is currently offline, and I am preparing to relaunch it with the degree shows later in the year. The workload is piling up at the moment at Uni and I have been neglecting both my blog and website terribly! I appologise for being such a useless blogger. But I have decided to concentrate on this for a while until my new website is up and running. It is officially my new years resolution to try and post more frequently, so from now on this will be the best place to see my work and how I am progressing throughout 3rd year.
